The following are the times and places that we will be holding practice:

Practice times for Sprinters/Hurdlers are:

Monday 6:15

Wednesday - 5:00    

Saturday- 8:30 am

All at UBC track, lasting approximately 1.5 hours

Long and High Jumpers practice at Lord Byng gym

Monday and Thursday from 6:45- 7:55
